A. My name is Becca Peter, I have two kids and I also run a website about pole vaulting, PoleVaultPower.com. You can reach me via email at firstname.lastname@example.org

Q. How fast will my order ship?
A. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, but sometimes it can take up to a week. If there will be any delays longer than this, I do my best to contact any customers with outstanding orders to make sure they are OK with the delay.
Q. Where is my tracking number?
A. You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships. If you cannot find the email and a week has passed since your order, please contact me for the tracking number.
Q. Do you have any trips coming up that might cause delays?
A. Yes! I will be away from approximately Nov 28-Dec 10, 2016 for the USA Track & Field Annual Meeting.
Q. I live outside the United States, how does shipping work?
A. I have done my best to set the shipping weights to accurately calculate international shipping. Very large orders may need to contact me first.

Q. Help! There was a problem with my order...
A. I try hard to pack orders carefully, but mistakes happen every now and then. Please let me know as soon as possible and I will do my best to remedy the problem by shipping missing items and/or refunding. Please note that for international orders, due to the high cost of shipping, I will generally only be able to fix mistakes by refunding or shipping with a future order.
Q. How are out of stock items handled?
A. OOS items are rare, I try hard to keep an accurate inventory count. When they do happen, I will make a note on your packing slip and send a refund for that item when I ship your order.
